OpenGraphy does not sell data and does not use advertising cookies. Submitted URLs are fetched to produce metadata diagnostics and cached in Redis for up to 4 hours. Qualified public website previews may appear in the gallery as public examples.

Presence uses an anonymous random session cookie. Rate limiting uses salted short-lived hashes and does not store plain IP addresses.
